Almari Designs is a family-run business based in Leicester, specialising in the design and installation of bespoke kitchens and wardrobes. We are truly passionate about our work and are focused on providing a professional, honest and friendly service to all our customers, thus we say ‘it runs in our blood’.
We established our business in 2007 and since have learnt how to tailor and refine our services to the needs of each customer, ensuring they get exactly what they are looking for. We specialise in made to measure bedroom wardrobes, sliding door wardrobes, angle room wardrobes and living room furniture.

Made to measure fitted wardrobes
A well-designed fitted bedroom can revolutionise your space, making it tidy, clutter-free and altogether more relaxing. Our fitted wardrobes truly enhance the look and feel of any room, maximising your space with efficient and clever features. We produce everything as per your exact requirements and promise to deliver at highest quality.
Our process is simple, we offer a fully bespoke service allowing you and our designer to pick and choose from a wide range of styles, materials and colours, giving you many design variations. We begin with an initial consultation to find out your requirements and we arrange to take the measurements of the space. This will follow up by a meeting at our showroom whereby you will be presented 3D plans using a designing software to give you early visibility of what it might look like. In addition, you will be taken through our showroom whilst our designer advises, discusses all possibilities, shows you all the available wood colours and other options to choose from. Finally, once you are happy with design and materials we send you a written quotation.
Why get fitted wardrobes ?
The primary advantage, and perhaps the most important one, is efficient use of space. As every house and room is unique, made to measure wardrobes are customised to suit any space. For instance, where the ceiling rises higher than usual, we bump up the wardrobe’s height; Where the slope is uneven, we shape the wardrobe’s roof accordingly; Where there’s a protrusion from the wall, we customise and build the wardrobe around it.
Our range of fitted bedroom wardrobes includes sliding door wardrobes and hinged door wardrobes. Another benefit is that you can have wider choice of wardrobe interiors, where you can pick and choose from a variety of custom shelves, drawers of varying depths, sturdy hanging rails, special compartments drawers. All our doors come with soft-close as a standard feature. Option to have LED spot lights and strip light to make your wardrobe stand out like full of glamor.
Unlike ordinary fitted wardrobes that use a front frame system, which is merely a frame with doors creating the look of a fitted wardrobe from the front, our full carcass interior provides a neat, strong and reliable solution for any room.
